With a strong recovery background and dedication to helping others find their footing and grow in life through recovery from substance abuse, Tabitha helps create a solid and uplifting culture of healing and inspiration. Having helped many others learn a new way to live and blossom into stable, competent, responsible, and caring people through her own life and long-term recovery experience has been an incredible gift from doing the next right thing for over sixteen years. The decision to open Foundations Recovery House evolved from a desire to meet the need for additional recovery residences for women on the Eastern Shore of Maryland as well as to continue to grow in her own recovery process.  Tabitha's background with the Twelve Steps as well as her experience as an alternative therapy practitioner gives her a unique ability to help others heal on many levels.
